Historical Place in Turkey

Pamukkale

Pamukkale is a delicate destination, with a name that translates into English as ‘Cotton Castles’. The turning point is a patched up of a naturally occurring phenomenon of white stalactites and water-filled plateaus. The geothermal warm springs that stand up on this site need full of naturally occurring minerals, preponderantly chalk and limestone, so when the water tempers while going down the mountain this unique landscape goes on. Of course, something this dramatic cannot be left out while on your holiday in Turkey and some tourists travel to this area in order to bath in the dramatic sacred pool, which is placed inside the Pamukkale Hotel.

Didymia

Didymia is an old Greek Temple placed close Turkey’s resort hotel of Altinkum. The word ‘Didymia’ is old Greek for mate and this looks up to Apollo and Artemis, who were the twin children of Zeus and Leto. The temple was a crucial Greek site for seers, where gods gave answers to questions through the mouth of a priest. The Persians and Earthquakes may have destructed a big amount of the Temple but the remains are decidedly valuable discovering on your Turkish vacation.
